rule.--A short-term lender licensee may not make" and inserting

(a)  Limitations.--

(1)  A licensee may not make

Amend Bill, page 11, by inserting between lines 24 and 25

(2)  A licensee may not make a second loan to a consumer

until 60 days after the first loan is made and may not make

more than six loans in a calendar year with the same

consumer.
