Amend Bill, page 13, line 25, by striking out "(b)  

(Reserved)." and inserting

(b)  Annual limit.--A consumer is prohibited from receiving

more than six loans from one or more licensees in a single

calendar year. A licensee is prohibited from making a loan to a

consumer if making that loan would result in a consumer

receiving more than six loans from one or more licensees in a

single calendar year.
