Amend Bill, page 45, line 12, by inserting after

"resolution."

 A copy of the resolution shall be delivered to the chairman and

minority chairman of the Transportation Committee of the Senate

and the chairman and minority chairman of the Transportation

Committee of the House of Representatives.

Amend Bill, page 45, line 24, by striking out "the adoption"

and inserting
