Amend Bill, page 14, lines 2 through 5, by striking out "The

Commonwealth may elect to" in line 2, all of lines 3 and 4 and

"benefit package under the program." in line 5 and inserting

In the event this program is expanded to provide prescription

coverage, the department shall consider pharmaceutical services

6

a covered benefit that shall be provided under contracts with

7

program contractors.
