     1       Amend Title, page 1, line 1, by striking out "State" and
     2    inserting
     3               governmental
     4       Amend Sec. 1, page 1, line 6, by striking out "State" and
     5    inserting
     6               Governmental
     7       Amend Sec. 2, page 2, by inserting between lines 5 and 6
     8       "Local agency."  A county, township, borough, town, city,
     9    school district, local authority, commission or other similar
    10    entity performing a governmental function.

    11       Amend Sec. 3, page 2, line 25, by striking out "A FORM AND
    12    STRUCTURE PRESCRIBED BY" and inserting
    13               ASCII-delimited text format, Excel spreadsheet format
    14               or another format mutually agreed upon by the agency
    15               and

    16       Amend Bill, page 3, by inserting between lines 12 and 13
    17    Section 5.  Local agencies.
    18       (a)  General rule.--All local agencies shall post on their
    19    official Internet websites, and update on a monthly basis, the
    20    following concerning officers and employees:
    21           (1)  Name.
    22           (2)  Title.
    23           (3)  Agency, department or other institution.
    24           (4)  Annual salary rate or other rate of compensation.
    25           (5)  Supplemental compensation for the current month. For
    26       purposes of this section, supplemental compensation shall not
    27       include reimbursement payments to employees for appropriate
    28       business expenditures, or payments for unused vacation or
    29       unused sick leave.
    30       (b)  Exception.--If the local agency does not maintain an
    31    official Internet website, the information shall be made
    32    available electronically or in writing upon request within five


     1    days.
     2       (c)  Notification.--Each local agency shall notify the State
     3    Treasurer, in a form and structure prescribed by the State
     4    Treasurer, when it has complied with this act. When applicable,
     5    the notification shall include the main Internet website page
     6    address where the data received pursuant to subsection (a) is
     7    located.
     8       (d)  Directory.--The State Treasurer shall maintain an
     9    Internet website-based directory of the local agency Internet
    10    website page addresses received pursuant to subsection (c) on
    11    the official Internet website created pursuant to subsection
    12    (a).
