     1       Amend Sec. 1 (Sec. 6101), page 2, line 14, by inserting after
     2    "protection."
     3    This chapter does not apply to a banking institution or
     4    federally chartered or State-chartered credit union, if the
     5    primary regulator of the banking institution or federally or
     6    State-chartered credit union supervises the banking institution
     7    or federally or State-chartered credit union.
