1 Meter Inspectors. 2 Amend Bill, page 2, by inserting between lines 24 and 25 3 Section 3. Sections 4115 of Title 3 is amended to read: 4 § 4115. Training program. 5 (a) Inspectors and county and city sealers.--The department 6 shall establish by regulation minimum training which shall be 7 required to be met by all inspectors and county and city 8 sealers. The department shall adopt the training program 9 prescribed by the National Institute of Standards and Technology 10 for inspectors and sealers of weights and measures. 11 (b) Certified parking meter inspectors.--The department 12 shall have the authority to promulgate regulations that 13 establish training and certification requirements and procedures 14 for Certified Parking Meter Inspectors. Prior to the 15 promulgation of regulations under this subsection, the 16 department may issue a temporary order establishing training and 17 certification requirements and procedures for Certified Parking 18 Meter Inspectors.
