Amend Bill, page 5, by inserting between lines 1 and 2
(3) A board or council of a political subdivision or of
an authority created by a political subdivision that adopts
local broadcast rules under subsection (c) may not mandate
the exclusive use of remote comment, unless the meeting is
held due to a declaration of disaster emergency under 35
Pa.C.S. ยง 7301(c) (relating to general authority of Governor)
or 7501(b) (relating to general authority of political
subdivisions).
Amend Bill, page 5, line 2, by striking out "(3)" and
inserting
