inserting
(4) (relating to program requirements)
Amend Bill, page 2, lines 6 through 13, by striking out "the
following tests:" in line 6 and all of lines 7 through 13 and
inserting
an OBD-I/M check, or a gas cap test with a visual
inspection of the vehicle emission control system, to be
administered as specified in 67 Pa. Code ยงยง 177.203
(relating to test procedures) and 177.204 (relating to
basis for failure). The department shall determine which
emission test shall be performed for each affected
vehicle manufacturer, vehicle model and vehicle year.
