Amend Bill, page 10, by inserting between lines 24 and 25
(4) The department shall deny the intended financing,
after reviewing the completed filing within the time limit
provided in paragraph (1), if it finds that the local
government unit failed to meet any of the requirements
included within the documentation required under subsection
(b). The department shall provide the local government unit
with a detailed explanation of its reason for denial.
