striking out "No later than January 1, 2020, the" in line 13,
all of lines 14 through 19 on page 1 and "discovered during the
inventory. The Department of Education" in line 1 on page 2 and
inserting
The Pennsylvania Workforce Development Board shall, with
assistance from the Department of Education, conduct a survey to
determine the number and types of workforce development programs
offered at secondary and postsecondary institutions. The
Pennsylvania Workforce Development Board may, in consultation
with the Department of Education, compile a clearinghouse of
model programs discovered during the survey.
