"COVID-19." The novel coronavirus identified in the
proclamation of disaster emergency.
Amend Bill, page 2, by inserting between lines 3 and 4
"Proclamation of disaster emergency." The disaster
declaration issued by the Governor on March 6, 2020, published
at 50 Pa.B. 1644 (March 21, 2020), and any renewal of the state
of disaster emergency.
Amend Bill, page 2, lines 16 through 18, by striking out "the
novel coronavirus" in line 16, all of line 17 and "the Governor
on March 6, 2020" in line 18 and inserting
COVID-19
Amend Bill, page 4, by inserting between lines 5 and 6
(E) Cost incurred for training to operate safely
during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Amend Bill, page 4, line 6, by striking out "(E)" and
inserting
