Amend Bill, page 1, lines 24 through 27; page 2, line 1; by
striking out all of said lines on said pages and inserting
Section 1. The definitions of "agency" and "educational
facility" in section 3 of the act of July 2, 1993 (P.L.359,
No.50), known as the Keystone Recreation, Park and Conservation
Fund Act, are amended to read:
Amend Bill, page 2, lines 17 through 25, by striking out all
of said lines
Amend Bill, page 5, line 5, by inserting a bracket before
"of"
Amend Bill, page 5, line 6, by inserting a bracket after
"revenues"
Amend Bill, page 7, lines 10 and 11, by striking out "of
facilities owned by the State System of Higher Education"
