Amend Bill, page 2, lines 4 through 6, by striking out all of
said lines
Amend Bill, page 3, lines 16 through 22, by striking out "of
the" in line 16 and all of lines 17 through 22 and inserting
location required under 49 CFR 192.179 (relating to
transmission line valves).
Amend Bill, page 3, line 30; page 4, lines 1 through 4; by
striking out all of said lines on said pages and inserting
utility shall repair or replace the valve as soon as
reasonably practicable.
Amend Bill, page 4, lines 14 through 20, by striking out "of
the" in line 14 and all of lines 15 through 20 and inserting
location required under 49 CFR 192.179 (relating to
transmission line valves).
Amend Bill, page 4, lines 28 through 30; page 5, lines 1 and
2; by striking out all of said lines on said pages and inserting
utility shall repair or replace the valve as soon as
reasonably practicable.
