A school entity that conducts a career fair or other
informational session on occupations for students shall make an
effort to provide information on a wide range of potential
careers by seeking information from organizations such as:
(1) a local chamber of business or industry;
(2) a local labor or trade organization;
(3) an area career and technical education school;
(4) an institution of higher education;
(5) a nonprofit or charitable organization; and
(6) the United States Armed Services.
(b) Each school entity shall post a plan for providing
career information and the organizations contacted on the school
entity ' s publicly accessible Internet website.
