Amend Bill, page 3, lines 17 through 20, by striking out all
of said lines and inserting
(i) Any liquor or alcohol sold to a permit holder under
section 415 or to a franchisee under Article XI may include a
mark-up of not greater than 15%. No other handling fees or
charges may be assessed.
