Amend Bill, page 1, lines 17 through 19, by striking out all
of said lines and inserting
Section 1. Section 315.9(c) of the act of March 4, 1971
(P.L.6, No.2), known as the Tax Reform Code of 1971, is amended
and the section is amended by adding a subsection to read:
Amend Bill, page 2, lines 3 through 5, by striking out all of
said lines
Amend Bill, page 2, by inserting between lines 8 and 9
(d) Section 315.8 shall expire January 1, 2023.
