and inserting

Amend Bill, page 2, by inserting between lines 5 and 6
"Brand of wine" shall mean a wine product or series of wine
products produced by a single manufacturer.

Amend Bill, page 2, lines 7 through 9, by striking out
"primarily sells, supplies or offers" in line 7 and all of lines
8 and 9 and inserting
has at least fifty-one per centum of sales floor space for
the sale of food, supplies for the table and food products for
human consumption primarily off the premises and which has an
area under one roof of greater than five thousand square feet.
Amend Bill, page 2, by inserting between lines 10 and 11
"Variable pricing" shall mean, for purposes of the wholesale
of wine, disparity in the price of an item sold to one licensee
as compared to the price of the same item to another licensee or
a licensee of a different classification. The term shall not
include a discount for a volume purchase.
