Amend Bill, page 1, line 5, by inserting after "processions;"
and,
Amend Bill, page 1, lines 6 through 9, by striking out "; in"
in line 6, all of lines 7 and 8 and "further providing for
investigation by police officers" in line 9
Amend Bill, page 3, line 1, by striking out the period after
"flashers" and inserting
, if so equipped. A motorcycle driven in an organized
motorcycle procession shall bear a yellow bandana or cloth of at
least two square feet which is tied to the motorcycle mirror,
handlebars or similar frontal area for the purpose of
designating the motorcycle as part of the procession.
Amend Bill, page 3, lines 2 through 7, by striking out all of
lines 2 through 6 and "(d)" in line 7 and inserting

Amend Bill, page 3, line 13, by striking out "(e)" and
inserting

Amend Bill, page 3, line 14, by inserting after "of"

Amend Bill, page 3, lines 15 and 16, by striking out
"participating in an organized motorcycle ride in" in line 15
and all of line 16 and inserting
, not including the lead or trailing vehicle or motorcycle,
which meets all of the following requirements:
(1) The procession must be conducted between the hours

of 8 a.m. and sunset.
(2) The procession must be sponsored by a corporation or
a nonprofit organization.
(3) The procession must be conducted for memorial or
charitable purposes.
(4) At least 10% of the total number of motorcycle
drivers in the procession must wear a class 2 or higher
yellow reflective vest approved for use by the American
National Standards Institute.
Amend Bill, page 3, lines 17 and 18, by striking out all of
said lines and inserting
Section 3. Section 3310(c) of Title 75 is amended to read:
