areas providing" in line 8, all of lines 9 and 10 and
"recreational users with disabilities," in line 11
Amend Bill, page 2, line 12, by inserting after "realty."
The term shall also include areas providing access to, or
parking for, lands and waters, including, but not limited to,
access ramps, trails or piers for use by recreational users with
disabilities.
Amend Bill, page 2, line 25, by striking out the bracket
before the period after "sites"
Amend Bill, page 2, lines 25 through 27, by striking out "]
AND CREATION," in line 25 and all of lines 26 and 27
