AMENDMENTS TO HOUSE BILL NO. 60

Amend Bill, page 3, line 26, by striking out all of said line
and inserting
Section 3. Upon establishment of a pension system as
required under section 15.1(b) of Article 15 of the Susquehanna
River Basin Compact, as set forth in the act of July 17, 1968
(P.L.368, No.181), referred to as the Susquehanna River Basin
Compact Law, the Governor shall transmit notice to that effect
to the Legislative Reference Bureau for publication in the
Pennsylvania Bulletin.
Section 4. This act shall take effect as follows:
(1) The following provisions shall take effect
immediately:
(i) Section 3 of this act.
(ii) This section.
(2) The remainder of this act shall take effect upon
publication of the notice under section 3.
