Subject: End Russian Aggression Act
 
In order to unleash Pennsylvania's energy power to reduce the reliance on Russian natural gas, I will be introducing legislation to address the needs of our energy sector.

The End Russian Aggression Act is composed of four main goals:

(1) Increase domestic drilling here in Pennsylvania.
(2) Fund pipeline development to get domestic drilling here in Pennsylvania to market.
(3) Drilling permit improvements and reforms.
(4) End RGGI.

By advancing these commonsense policies, we can utilize our domestic natural gas in order to stifle the world's reliance on Russian energy.

I hope you will join me in this pro-Pennsylvania, pro-jobs, pro-freedom, pro-union, pro-America, and pro-clean energy legislation.
