Callahan Real Estate and Insurance Brokerage Agency; elected, school board and tax collector, Swoyersville (2 terms); manager, Home Owners Loan Corporation; president, Mortgage Investment Company; director, West Side Building and Loan Association; director, Kingston National Bank; engaged, contracting and building business; appointed, Chief Clerk, Pennsylvania House of Representatives (July 25, 1938-January 3, 1939); elected, Chief Clerk, Pennsylvania House of Representatives (January 7, 1941-January 5, 1943); died, October 18, 1961 in Wilkes-Barre, Luzerne County, Pennsylvania; interred, St. Mary’s Cemetery, Hanover Township, Luzerne County, Pennsylvania.
