LANE, Abner Wilkinson, a Representative from Armstrong, Clarion and Jefferson Counties; born, 1801 in Huntingdon County, Pennsylvania; salt manufacturer; elected as a Whig to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1855 term; not a candidate for reelection to the House for the 1856 term; died, December 28, 1869 in Freeport, Armstrong County, Pennsylvania; interred, Freeport Cemetery, Freeport, Armstrong County, Pennsylvania.
