Early Life:

Stewart J. Greenleaf (R), born in 1939, in Upper Moreland Township, son of the late Stewart W. and Belford Greenleaf; University of Pennsylvania (B.A.), 1961; University of Toledo (J.D.), 1966; married Cecilia "Kelly."

Early Career:

Former assistant district attorney at Montgomery County; former commissioner of Upper Moreland Township; board member for SEPTA, Municipal Police Officers' Education and Training Committee. 

Pennsylvania Politics:

Pa. House of Representatives 1977-78; elected to Pa. Senate 1978; chair of Law and Justice Committee, Judiciary Committee; vice-chair of Intergovernmental Operations Committee, Urban Affairs and Housing Committee; left office November 30, 2018.
