GIGLIOTTI, Frank J., a Representative from Allegheny County; born in Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Pa., October 30, 1942; graduated, South Hills High School, 1969; attended, Carnegie Mellon Managerial School, 1984; municipal government operating engineer, city administration, Pittsburgh (1979-1988); special assistant, director of the Pittsburgh Department of Public Works (1980s); coordinator, Mayor Richard S. Caliguiri, city of Pittsburgh (1982-1984); chair, 19th Ward Democratic Committee; elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 1988; served 5 more consecutive terms (1989-2000); resigned from the House, June 15, 2000; died, August 7, 2011 in West Melbourne, Brevard County, Florida.
