LUSK, Franklin, a Representative from Susquehanna County; born, November 17, 1803 in Chenango County, NY; graduated, Union College, 1823; colonel, Pennsylvania Militia; teacher, Montrose Academy; lawyer (1831-1853); elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1841 term; not a candidate for reelection to the House for the 1842 term; died, February 18, 1853 in Great Bend, Susquehanna County, Pennsylvania; interred, Dayton Cemetery, Hallstead, Susquehanna County, Pennsylvania.
