MARTIN, Benjamin F., a Representative from Lancaster County; born, February 23, 1829 in Hummelstown, Dauphin County, Pa.; graduated, Yale College (now Yale University), 1851; attorney; elected as a Whig to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 1851; died, August 23, 1852 in Ephrata, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania; interred, Mount Zion Cemetery, Ephrata, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.
