DURBORAW, Samuel, a Representative from Adams County; born, June 22, 1800 in Mount Pleasant Township, Adams County, Pa.; apprentice surveyor; teacher; school director, Mount Joy Township (25 years); justice of the peace, Mount Joy Township (30 years); elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 1858 and 1859; died, March 13, 1864 in Mount Joy Township, Adams County, Pennsylvania; interred, Pine Bank Cemetery, Gettysburg, Adams County, Pennsylvania
