WORLEY, Nathan, Sr., a Representative from Lancaster County; born, March 1, 1819 in Miami County, Oh.; hardware merchant; unsuccessful campaign, Pennsylvania State Senate (1854); elected as a Union Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 1861; not a candidate for reelection to the House (1862); elected, burgess, Manheim, Pa. (1871-1872); died, February 19, 1893 in Marshalltown, Marshall County, Iowa; interred, Riverside Cemetery, Marshalltown, Marshall County, Iowa.
