DEISE, George Omet, a Representative from Cameron, Clinton and McKean Counties; born, September 3, 1836 in Pennsylvania; lawyer; elected, District Attorney, Clinton County (1859-1865); elected as Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1867 and 1868 terms; not a candidate for reelection to the House for the 1869 term; secretary, Democratic State Convention (1868); died, November 28, 1872 in Lock Haven, Clinton County, Pennsylvania; interred, Highland Cemetery, Lock Haven, Clinton County, Pennsylvania.
