JAMES, Robert Evan, a Representative from Northampton County; born, August 9, 1848 in Centreville, Northampton County, Pa.; attended, Pennsylvania College (now Gettysburg College); attended, Lewisburg Academy (now Bucknell University); graduated, Lafayette College, 1869; principal, Easton High School (1870-1872); attorney-at-law (1872-1913); elected, school board president, Easton, Pa.
