RUMBERGER, William Finley, a Representative from Armstrong County; born, November 21, 1816 in Huntingdon County, Pa.; engaged, woolen manufacturing; Assistant United States Marshal (1860); elected, justice of the peace (1863-1868); elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1879 term; not a candidate for reelection to the House (1880); died, September 14, 1900 in Craigsville, Armstrong County, Pennsylvania; interred, Worthington Presbyterian Cemetery, Worthington, Armstrong County, Pennsylvania.
