(1860-1872); elected, burgess, Mansfield; elected, council, Mansfield; elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives to the 1877, 1878, and 1879 terms; not a candidate for reelection to the House (1880); trustee, Mansfield State (University) Normal School; died, October 22, 1904 in Mansfield, Tioga County, Pennsylvania; interred, Prospect Cemetery, Mansfield, Tioga County, Pennsylvania.
