MOORE, Harry, a Representative from Allegheny County; born in Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Pa., August 19, 1848; glass blower, Bakewell, Piers & Co.; grocer; deputy sheriff, Allegheny County; president, Pittsburg and Birmingham Traction Co.; elected to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives as a Republican in 1880; not a candidate for reelection to the House (1882); superintendent of highways and sewers, Allegheny County; director, Department of Public Safety, Allegheny County; organizer and director, Hill Top Savings & Trust Co.; died, January 2, 1910, Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania; interred, South Side Cemetery, Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
