MARSHALL, Henry Clay, a Representative from Huntingdon; born, December 28, 1838 in Bloomfield, Perry County, Pa.; adjutant, Company E, 130th Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry (1862-1863, Civil War); farmer; elected to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives as Republican in 1880; not a candidate for reelection to the House (1882); deputy collector and chief weigher, United States Customs, Philadelphia (1889-1911); died, March 9, 1927 in Media, Delaware County, Pennsylvania; interred, Media Cemetery, Media, Delaware County, Pennsylvania.
