KLEIN, Theodore Berghaus, a Representative from Lebanon County; born, August 22, 1831 in New Cumberland, Cumberland County, Pa.; attended, Harrisburg Military Academy; engaged, railway engineering and surveying; employed, Union Canal Company; engaged in milling, farming, coal and lumber businesses; cashier, North Lebanon Savings Bank; elected to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives as a Republican in 1880 and 1882; not a candidate for reelection to the House (1884); deputy secretary, Pennsylvania Department of Internal Affairs; superintendent, Pennsylvania Bureau of Railroads; died, June 22, 1918 in the city of Lebanon, Lebanon County, Pennsylvania; interred, Harrisburg Cemetery, Harrisburg, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania.
