ROGERS, William Channing, a Representative from Sullivan County; born in Forksville, Sullivan County, Pa., December 4, 1859; graduated, Eastman’s Business College, NY; proprietor, mercantile business; elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 1886; not a candidate for reelection to the House (1888); appointed, associate judge, Sullivan County (1900); died, July 25, 1903 in the city of Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania; interred, Fairmount Cemetery, Forksville, Sullivan County, Pennsylvania.
