THOMAS, William H., a Representative from Northampton County; born, February 2, 1827 in Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pa.; steelworker; elected, school board president, South Easton; foreman, beaming and twisting department, McKeen & Company, steel manufacturers; elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 1888; not a candidate for reelection to the House (1890); engaged, real estate business; died, July 4, 1911 in Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania; interred, New Cathedral Cemetery, Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania.
