KEHLER, Frank James, a Representative from Schuylkill County; born, February 26, 1854 in Eldred Township, Schuylkill County, Pa.; attended, Keystone State Normal School (now Kutztown University of Pennsylvania); farmer; butcher; elected, treasurer, Eldred Township (1889-1896); elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 1896; not a candidate for reelection to the House (1898); member, Schuylkill County Republican Executive Committee (1898); live stock broker; died, June 25, 1907 in Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania; interred, Saint Pauls Evangelical Church Cemetery, Pitman, Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania.
