WILLIAMS, Samuel Marshall, a Representative from Bedford County; born, May 15, 1871 in Everett, Bedford County, Pa.; attended, Dickinson Seminary (now Lycoming College); engaged, mercantile business; engaged, insurance and real estate business; elected to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives as Republican for the 1897 term; not a candidate for reelection to the House for the 1899 term; president, Bureau of Contract Information, Washington, DC; died, March 10, 1950 in St. Petersburg, Pinellas County, Florida.
