TILBROOK, Thomas, a Representative from Allegheny County; born, June 9, 1839 in Allegheny County, Pa; educated in the public schools of Westmoreland county; private, Company H, 136th Regiment, Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry (1862-1863, Civil War); farmer; elected, justice of the peace; elected, chief burgess, McKeesport; elected, mayor, McKeesport; elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 1894 and 1896; died while in office, September 26, 1898 in McKeesport, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania; interred, McKeesport and Versailles Cemetery, McKeesport, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
