CONRADE, David Howard, a Representative from Philadelphia County; born, February 6, 1868 in the city of Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pa.; graduated, law department, University of Pennsylvania, 1888; attorney-at-law; secretary, Lincoln Park and Steamboat Consolidated Company; elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 1894; reelected to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives as a Republican in 1896; not a candidate for reelection to the House (1898); appointed, special counsel, Pennsylvania Auditor General’s office, Philadelphia; died, December 23, 1942 in the city of Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania; interred, Northwood Cemetery, Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania.
