CONSTEIN, Harry H., a Representative from Schuylkill County; born, May 8, 1869 in Millersville, Lancaster County, Pa.; attended, Millersville State Normal School (now Millersville University of Pennsylvania); engaged, clothing business; unsuccessful campaign for election to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives (1896); elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 1898; unsuccessful campaign for reelection to the House (1900); died, March 14, 1906 in Ashland, Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania; interred, Christ Church Cemetery, Fountain Springs, Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania.
