Timothy Joseph Solobay (D46) born March 20, 1956, Canonsburg, Pa. son of Joseph and Amelia (stepmother) Solobay and the late Elsie Solobay; Canon-McMillan High School, 1974; Washington Hospital School of Radiologic Technology, 1976; California Coast University (B.S.), management, 1990; married Karen; 2 children; 2 grandchildren. President, Blue Dog Consulting, LLC.
