Scranton; delegate, Young Republican Leadership Conference; Page, Republican National Convention (1964); campaign worker, Pennsylvania Congressman J. John Heinz III (1971); elected as Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 1968 and served for 5 more consecutive terms; resigned from the House, June 23, 1980.
