Robert D. "Bob" Robbins (R), born in 1944, in Greenville, son of the late Leo and Twila Robbins; Greenville Senior High School, 1962; U.S. Military Academy at West Point (B.S.), 1966; graduate work, East Stroudsburg University; Geneva College (teaching certificate), 1973; married Cynthia Ann.

Former Captain, U.S. Army Infantry, 2 tours of duty, Vietnam; instructor, U.S. Army Ranger School; member, American Legion, Veterans of Foreign Wars, American Veterans, Mercer County Vietnam Vets, Mercer County Voitura 846, American Legislative Exchange Council, French Creek Council, Boy Scouts of America, Moose, Eagles 803, Elk, Stony Point Grange, Adelphic Lodge #424 Free and Accepted Masons.
