SPENCER, Warren H., a Representative from McKean, Potter and Tioga Counties; born in Wellsboro, Tioga County, Pa., August 22, 1921; graduated, Wellsboro High School; A.B., Dickinson College, 1948; J.D., Dickinson School of Law, 1950; sergeant, United States Army (1941-1945, World War II); attorney; elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1963 term and served 11 consecutive terms thereafter; not a candidate for reelection to the House (1984);  appointed, Pennsylvania Commission on Interstate Cooperation (1967-1980); died, March 11, 1991 in Stuart, Martin County, Florida.
