Preston B Davis
Born on May 19, 1907, Preston Davis was the son of Charles W. and Lulu M. (Becher) Davis of West Milton, Northumberland County. He was educated in public schools; Bucknell University (A.B.); and University of Pennsylvania Law School (LL.B.); attorney, Northumberland County, state, and federal courts; delegate, Republican National Convention, 1960; alternate delegate, 1956; president of the Susquehanna River System Flood Control Assn., Inc.; and member of the Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations. He married M. Isabelle Linder. The senator died on November 13, 1990.
