WILLIAMS, Jeremiah McAllister, “Jerry,” a Representative from Allegheny County; born in McKeesport, Allegheny County, Pa., January 23, 1878; attended, public schools of Pittsburgh; building contractor; owner, J. M. Williams & Son, bottling company (1904-1954); member, council, Duquesne (1914-1917); elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 1922; unsuccessful campaign for reelection to the House (1924); died, January 21, 1954 in Duquesne, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania; interred, Richland Cemetery, Dravosburg, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
